1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and to777 ("to777", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the to777 website, all associated pages, features, games, tools and services accessible through the Platform. 3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of to777, you must register a single account by completing the registration process accurately. The following conditions apply to your account at all times:

1. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. If you discover a duplicate account exists under your name or mobile number, you must notify to777 immediately at [email protected].
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you must not permit any third party to access your account.

4. You must notify to777's support team immediately if you believe your account has been compromised, if you suspect unauthorised access, or if your registered mobile number is lost, stolen or reassigned to another person.
5. to777 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when there are reasonable grounds to verify account information. Refusing to cooperate with KYC verification is grounds for account suspension.

to777 does not permit the use of accounts by anyone other than the registered account holder. Account transfers, sales or assignments are strictly prohibited. Any such attempt will result in immediate termination of the affected account and forfeiture of any balance therein.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through your to777 account. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). to777 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Deposits

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual wallet providers may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits.
2. Deposits are credited to your to777 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. to777 is not responsible for delays caused by the wallet provider's own processing systems.
3. You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
4. to777 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be conducted via the approved mobile wallet channels listed on the Platform.

Withdrawals

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same wallet from which the corresponding deposit was made. This policy is enforced to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable financial regulations.
2. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (06:00 – 01:00 BST). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next available processing cycle. to777 is not liable for delays attributable to the wallet provider.

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place total bets of ৳30,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the to777 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, and any winnings or balance may be forfeited:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from any content found on the Platform without to777's prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory.

to777 makes no warranty or representation regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Planned maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond to777's reasonable control — including internet service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability. to777 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

9. Responsible Gaming

to777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce a deposit limit are applied instantly; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
